All orders placed before 2 p.m. Lisbon time are dispatched the same working day. Once shipped, your order should arrive within the following times:

Standard delivery: 5 to 8 working days – Free

Standard delivery: 7 to 12 working days – $25

Standard delivery: 7 to 12 working days – $35

Standard delivery: 8 to 14 working days – $40

Standard delivery: 8 to 14+ working days – €30

Please note that James Carter is not responsible for any customs or import charges on orders outside of the EU.

Items purchased on jamescarter.eu are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

We recommend that you return products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection during transit. We also recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.

We offer free returns within the EU.

For all other regions, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
