QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERS
To place your order, select the desired item(s) in the appropriate size and click “Add to Cart.” Your Cart will appear on the right-hand side of the screen and can also be accessed by clicking the bag icon in the top right corner. Once you’ve made your selection, click “Checkout” to complete your delivery and payment details. When your order is confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
Items in your Cart are not reserved. If an item disappears, it may no longer be available.
If you haven’t received an Order Confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, we recommend checking your spam or junk email folder. You can also search for our email address clientservice@jamescarter.eu.
If you are still unable to find your Order Confirmation email, please contact our Client Service team, who will be able to assist you.
Orders from jamescarter.eu are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal.
If you have placed an order for multiple items, you may receive multiple shipments.
For each shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with the corresponding tracking details.
If you have an account, you can check your order’s shipping status by going to My Orders in the My Account area.
At the time of checkout, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. You will receive another email once your order has shipped, containing tracking information which you can use to follow your shipment’s progress.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it by clicking the link in the Shipping Confirmation email.

If you have changed your mind about your order after it has been placed, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible at clientservice@jamescarter.eu or through our Contact Form.
Please note that orders which have already been processed cannot be changed or cancelled and must be returned. For help initiating a return, please refer to our Shipping and Returns page.
Orders within the European Union ship free of charge. There are no shipping options to select, as all EU orders are sent using the fastest available standard method.
For orders outside the EU, shipping fees are calculated at checkout. An express option may also be available depending on your location.
We begin processing orders within 24 hours on all operating business days. Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Lisbon time) on Friday will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or special releases, order processing may take longer. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
QUESTIONS ABOUT PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods on jamescarter.eu:
- All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Google Pay
Taxes are applied to your order in accordance with local regulations.
For this reason, an estimation of the tax charge may appear in your order total during checkout. Exact charges are calculated automatically after your order has been shipped, based on the shipping address provided.
The final tax amount will be shown on your invoice, which you will receive with your Shipping Confirmation email.
QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items purchased from jamescarter.eu can be returned within 14 days of their delivery date.
To initiate a return, please visit our Shipping and returns page or contact clientservice@jamescarter.eu. Our Client Service team will provide you with detailed return instructions and respond within 1 business day.
Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days (depending on peak periods) for it to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed in our Return Policy, the item(s) will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. Once your return has been accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method and you will receive a Refund Confirmation email.
Regretfully, it is not possible to return items from different orders in the same box, and doing so may delay your refund.
Where possible, we request that you ship returns in their original shipping box. If you received multiple shipments for the same order, please return them following the corresponding instructions provided by email.
We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you have changed your mind about an item, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging included.
